Patient Details:
52 yo female with Right Breast cancer underwent bilateral mastectomy. She desired smaller more symmetric breasts and wanted to use her own tissue. Due to a deficiency of adequate abdominal tissue as a donor site, she underwent a Hybrid DIEP using small implants to provide volume and projection, covered with her own abdominal tissue to provide healthy vascularized tissue for a natural look and feel, all in one stage.
