This is a 49 year old female who was diagnosed with right breast cancer, who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with a hybrid DIEP flap reconstruction. We were able to create natural appearing breasts using her own abdominal tissue and a small implant, while still satisfying her desire to be larger breasted.
