A 52 year old female with a prior history of breast augmentation, who was then diagnosed with right breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with hybrid DIEP flap reconstruction. Her breasts were created using her own abdominal tissue and an implant, with the benefit of a rejuvenated abdomen.
