Young patient of ours with a breast mass that needed to be removed in order to be sure of the diagnosis. This would have left a large visible scar and defect, so the breast surgeon teamed up with ECAPS plastic surgeons and we were able to do a breast lift (mastopexy) with less obvious scars and improve the shape, size and contour of her breasts at the same time as the breast surgeon who was able to remove the (benign) mass.
