This is a 58 year old female with bilateral breast cancer. She had bilateral lumpectomies and oncoplastic reconstructive techniques were employed on both sides. Breast Conservation techniques use lumpectomy and radiation therapy to provide an equivalent treatment when compared to a mastectomy. The final result is a symmetric and aesthetic appearing reconstruction, without lumpectomy contour deformities or volume differences between the breasts.
