A 32-year-old female, who lost a significant amount of weight which left her with an absence of breast tissue, was seeking a rejuvenated, more youthful and full appearance. We performed a bilateral breast augmentation via inframammary incision and mastopexy with areola reduction and skin excision for a more symmetrical result.
