This is a 46 year-old-female who was diagnosed with left breast cancer. She opted for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate reconstruction with a hybrid deep inferior epigastric perforator flap reconstruction, using her own tissue together with a small implant. She is now cancer free with rejuvenated breasts and abdomen.
