This is a 42-year old woman who presented with bilateral acquired mastectomies. She had a history of breast cancer treated with bilateral mastectomies at an outside institution in the remote past, which failed and required explantation. A bilateral delayed DIEP flap breast reconstruction was performed. The postoperative pictures illustrate the sophisticated versatility of using lower abdominal tissue for breast reconstruction.
