31 year old female with an absence of lower breast fold desired breast rejuvenation with better shape and volume. She wanted a natural appearance that better matched her body. We used 275cc moderate plus smooth round silicone implants via an inframammary incision with a dual plane approach to achieve natural long lasting results.
