Patient Details:
Bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction along with resensation with nerve grafts. She underwent oncoplastic reduction (lumpectomy with a breast reduction and lifting the whole breast and nipple in order to allow for a nipple sparing mastectomy). Next stage was nipple sparing mastectomy with DIEP flap and connecting nerves to provide sensation. She desired a larger volume so had one last stage with fat grafting to the breasts from the abdomen and hips. Overall better shaped breasts, flatter abdomen and no cancer.
