Patient Details:
This is a 42-year-old female with BRCA gene mutation. We performed a pre-mastectomy breast lift in order to bring the nipples into a more suitable position to allow for nipple sparing mastectomies. She then had bilateral mastectomies at a separate operation with simultaneous bilateral DIEP flap reconstruction. The natural, yet rejuvenated, appearance is evident in the postoperative pictures.
